Shipping Information

Shipping Fees

• Shipping is a flat rate of ¥750 nationwide.

• Note: For remote islands including Okinawa, the fee is ¥1,700.

• Free domestic shipping (excluding remote islands) for orders totaling ¥5,000 or more.

• Posting (flat rate of ¥300 nationwide)

• Note: For posting, there are no conditions for prepayment of shipping fees.

• For overseas shipment, fees will differ depending on the country

• Note: Any additional duty and tax will by payed by the customer.

 

[Posting Delivery]

• Content Quantity: Up to 400g of coffee beans

• Size: Please check the size of your mailbox before placing an order.

• Note: If the package does not fit in your mailbox, direct delivery is not possible, and the order will be canceled.

 

Delivery Areas

• Delivery is available throughout Japan and certain overseas regions.

• Usually delivered approximately 3 days after shipment.

• Note: For remote islands, delivery is approximately 5 days after shipment; for overseas regions, approximately 13 days.

• Even after shipment, if the carrier determines the area is undeliverable, the order will be canceled.

• Domestic: Sagawa Express Co., Ltd. / Yamato Transport

• Overseas: Japan Post Co., Ltd. (EMS or Airmail)

• Posting: Japan Post Co., Ltd. (Click Post)

• Note: We cannot accept requests for specific shipping companies.

 

Invoice

If you do not require an invoice, please indicate so in the remarks section of the cart.

 

Delivery Timing

In principle, we will ship within 3 business days from the day after payment is completed.

• Note: Excluding roasting days (every Wednesday)

• Note: Shipment may be temporarily postponed due to our circumstances.

• Note: For some products, exceptions may apply, and it may take longer to ship.

• Note: For Okinawa, remote islands, and overseas, delivery may take more than 10 days from shipment.

 

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, etc.

• We cannot accept returns or refunds after the product has been shipped.

• We will only exchange products that are defective or have issues.

• Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours after placing the order.

• If you used convenience store payment, refunds at the convenience store counter are not possible.

• When refunding, only the product price may be refunded.

• For EMS, additional costs may be incurred if you cancel after shipment.

• Note: If cancellation fees, etc., occur, they will be borne by the customer.

 

Return Period

Please contact us within 7 days from the product shipment.

 

Return and Reshipping Fees

In the case of defective products, we will bear the shipping costs; otherwise, the costs will be borne by the customer.

 

In Case of Out of Stock

If the product you desire is out of stock, we will inform you and cancel your order.
